Team Manager - Litigation / Credit Hire - South Manchester My client is a law firm that prides themselves on offering a flexible and open working culture. They are looking for a skilled team manager to lead a developing team of case managers within a thriving Credit Hire Team on the outskirts of South Manchester. The role requires an inspiring and motivational leader within a fast paced and energetic environment. You will be required to provide technical guidance to your team, allocate cases appropriately, set objectives and monitor and manage performance through regular 1-2-1s. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, personable and passionate with an in-depth working knowledge of the claims process, ideally with previous management experience within a high-volume environment. Demonstrating previous litigation experience gained within the legal/insurance industry is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled solicitor or litigation executive to undertake a non fee earning role.
