Overview

We have just taken a fabulous vacancy for a law firm based on the outskirts of Oxford. The position is very rare as our client will consider full time or part time applicants, so would suit a wide variety of job seekers. As a Legal Secretary/PA, you will be providing administrative and legal PA support to Solicitors in the department. Key responsibilities: Manage legal documentation Setting up meetings Processing expenses Billing Sending information/correspondence to clients Managing reports and dealing with queries Diary management, booking travel, organising events Client care, lasing with clients via email and telephone, assisting with enquires, taking detailed messages Producing letters, legal documents, emails utilising MS Office on a daily basis The salary for this role is dependent on experience however; we envisage this to be between £25,000 - £28,000 (pro rata for part time).
