Legal Secretary £25,000 to £29,000 Oxford Our client - a prestigious law firm are hiring in their Oxford office. Here you will be assisting Partners in their Litigation dept. We are looking for a Legal Secretary who possesses extensive experience in law - minimum 3 years. Legal Secretary This is an incredibly busy and demanding role where you will be providing support to their busy Litigation team, providing a professional and comprehensive support to Senior Partners and the wider team. Legal Secretary Some of the Legal Secretary duties involved will include : Comprehensive diary management and inbox management Drafting letters and correspondence and amending documents Arranging meetings and travel for partners Corresponding with clients on behalf of fee earners Handling billing and accounts queries for fee earners Assisting with marketing projects /client events and other marketing requests The successful Legal Secretary will have the following experience/skills: Previous Legal Secretary experience Ideally have previous Litigation experience Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Strong typing skills 3 years experience minimum as a Legal Secretary If you possess the above skills, experience and attributes then apply now without further delay We endeavour to reply to every applicant, however occasionally due to the number of applicants we will only be able to respond personally to successful candidates.
