Vacancy profile Job Title: CNC Production Grinder Location: Coventry Shift: Night shift Salary: Between £11 and £13 / hr 20% Night shift allowance. Overtime available. The Role A role for an experienced CNC Production Grinder has become available within a specialist precision engineering business based in Coventry. You would be reporting to the Manufacturing Manager and have a proven experience Programming, Setting and Operating a CNC Cylindrical Production Grinding and Hard Metal Turning Machines, such as Studer, Jones & Shipman Ultra Grind and DMG CTX500. The Candidate In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following characteristics: Be able to accurately interpret and work from Engineering drawings to BS/ ISO Standards. Be able to quality check their own parts using production gauges. Be able to work with minimum supervision. Be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and agreed targets. Be reliable, punctual and consistent.
