Biotech Quality Systems Manager
Overview
Lignum Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an industry leading, multinational CMO, based out of a state of the art development and manufacturing facility in Berkshire, UK. We are currently looking for an experienced Quality Systems Manager. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the Quality systems team whilst providing technical insight to key stakeholders. Key responsibilities: • Lead, manage and monitor the QA QMS team to ensure that resources are deployed appropriately to meet site goals. • To ensure PQS is designed implemented and updated to meet site requirements and complies with Global Quality standards and the expectations of the Regulatory Authorities and Customer and is comprehensively implemented and incorporates GMP and Quality Risk Management. • Develop the QA QMS team and direct reports to assure effective operational performance and compliance • Review and improve the existing quality management system policies and procedures • Acting as a site point of contact for global Quality projects and site implementation activities • Perform other duties as assigned. Key Requirement: • Life Science Degree qualified, Biotechnology an advantage. • Significant PQS process design, implementation, management and utilisation experience • Significant line management or supervisory experience • Excellent organisational & planning skills • Excellent knowledge and ability to interpret and translate EU and US GMP regulations and guidelines
