Overview
Overview This role works across a number of disciplines within the wider operations team to ensure the business and the global supply chain risk is actively managed and processes are developed to support a strategic direction. This person will be responsible for ensuring that products made and sold are compliant with global regulations and standards, that associated processes, documentation and technical files are expertly maintained and that the Supply Leadership Team understand areas of risk. This role will also own the agenda for sustainable and responsible practices throughout the supply chain. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a register of all global mandatory and discretionary governance requirements associated with the group Supply Chain operations and report on the associated compliance status. Manage the compilation of documentation in relation to regulatory and quality system submission activities for global product ranges. Coordinate the flow of information between official bodies and group Supply to ensure that all modifications and corrective actions are applied to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Responsible for quarterly quality audits of the manufacturing sites. Leading activity in relation to introducing quality systems into group Supply Chain & supporting sites in a consulting capacity Develop and maintain an insightful reporting suite in relation to global compliance for the Operations Leadership Team, identify opportunities for improvement and support teams in achieving these Provide expert advice in relation to quality systems, compliance and regulation to the business Support the business through change management projects, driven by regulatory change, risk assessment, impact assessment, and project management. The Individual Highly driven, organised individual who thrives in a high-paced, dynamic and challenging environment and who has a continuous improvement mindset. Experience in a governance role including defining, maintaining, auditing and advising others on compliance or regulatory systems and management of technical files. Establishes strong cross-functional relationships internally as well as interfacing with senior management, authorities and consultants. Strong aptitude for multi-tasking and project management. A passion for sustainable and ethical business matters.
