Overview
FRS are recruiting a Credit Controller for a reputable business based in the heart of Coventry. You will ideally have experience of working for an SME and working in both standalone and small team environments with the ability to manage your own workload whilst having the support network there if you need it. The business are growing and it's an exciting time to jump on board and the business can offer long term career prospects Duties will include: Chase up overdue accounts and resolving any issues Building rapport with clients to achieve repayment Completing income and expenditure documentation and posting to the system Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements Reconciliation of customer accounts Reviewing customer credit terms and limits Reducing late payments Aiming to work towards company targets Negotiate repayment plans Ad-hoc administrative work Other Info: Production of debtors and creditors analysis at month end Ad-hoc project work alongside the senior finance and operational staff Ideally have working knowledge of accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks or Xero
