About The Role As our Junior Credit Assistant you`ll support the Management of small portfolios in respect of Plant Protection and dealing with invoices / credits / cash and any other additional adhoc tasks that are requested by management. Alongside you`ll deal with simple invoice and payment queries to provide resolution to internal and external parties and to escalate complex enquiries where required. Key accountabilities of the Junior Credit Assistant will include: Administering the process of customer payments via Credit / Debit Card payments Helping to Improve on the levels of customer service to optimise the customer's experience of Cadent Receiving, processing, collating and providing routine systemised information to / from customers and internal parties Operating office systems and equipment, process documents and maintain accurate departmental information that is kept private and confidential at all times Monitoring and investigating with support the unallocated cash account balances and achieve target set by management About You You'll possess the following qualifications, skills and experience: Certain level of experience managing debt portfolios Previous experience in a Customer Services environment dealing with incoming and outbound calls Experience of working to deadlines Experience of working in a team, working together towards delivering team goals and targets as well as using your own initiative Good level of verbal and written communication skills to accurately understand customer requirements and to provide clear and concise advice as required Good telephony skills, to be able to handle customer calls and accurately process data Exposure to working effectively to business processes and standards.
