We are using the enforced closure of all restaurants and bars as an opportunity to focus on our outlets and ensure that we are in a strong position when the stadium reopens. A fantastic opportunity to have ownership and influence of a large hospitality venue. Up to £40,000 PA (dependent upon experience) About the Role We are seeking a high calibre, dedicated and professional Head Chef to take the lead at our restaurants and food outlets at Mill Farm Stadium, the home of AFC Fylde. Reporting to and working closely with the General Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, consistency and delivery of all food menu items. You will be expected to lead, motivate and supervise the kitchen team and will have full responsibility for all aspects of food storage, preparation, production, safety, cooking and service. Whilst you will have responsibility for all food outlets in the stadium there will be a key focus on our fine dining restaurant ‘Milano’s Mediterranean Restaurant’. This will involve taking an active role in preparation and cooking when the restaurant is open. You will use the coming weeks and months whilst the restaurant is closed to focus on the following… · New menu · Staff structure and hiring of new staff · Working with suppliers · Reviewing all standard operating procedures · Working with the General Manager on the restaurant relaunch About You You will have experience in a similar role and be ardent about delivering first-class service with a real passion for food. Ideally, you will come from an AA rosette background. You should already have operated at Head Chef level and will be exceptionally organised, numerically strong and confident at leading teams.
