Overview
A well regarded Legal 500 Firm with offices across Lancashire/Cumbria are seeking to appoint a Head of Private Client to their expanding team. This firm have grown massively over the last 10 years and pride themselves on attracting the best possible candidates who are looking to grow and be the best solicitor they can. Along with being extremely successful in their fields of Law, they are also voted one of the top 100 best companies to work for. This role plays a vital contribution to their business in setting the delivery of objectives, vision and growth plans for their Private Client Department. They are looking for Associate Solicitors (6 years PQE) in Private Client wanting to take that next step, or current Head of Departments for Private Client who are looking for the possibility of Directorship within a well-recognised organisation. You will be an expert in Private Client matters including Wills, Probate, Inheritance and Trust matters. Alongside fee earning, you will be responsible for managing the growing the Private Client department. The firm are at the forefront of technology on their way to becoming "paper lite" so you must have good knowledge of Legal IT systems. Ideally you will be STEP qualified or have a desire to complete this qualification along with 6 years PQE and the ability to lead, develop and manage a team.
