X4 Technology have partnered with one of Europe’s leading Software companies based in Central London who are providing some of the world’s fastest and most secure software solutions. They are seeking a Lead UX Designer to join their team. In this role you will working alongside a technical diverse and talented team which consists of; UI Designers Front & Back End Developers, Project Managers and Project Owners. This innovative business are looking for a UX Designer to lead the strategy, and design processes to enable a high-quality platform with a premium user experience, and to advance the UX practice within the company Experience the Lead UX Designer will possess: A proven track record of making complex UX experiences simple, intuitive, easy to use and beautiful. Experience collaborating within teams to produce work you're proud of. Be well-versed with and have applied, Inclusive UX Design principles Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, time-compressed and dynamic environment. Ability to work independently, managing your own time, workload and proactively interacting with stakeholders as needed. The ability to solve problems creatively and effectively You will ideally have experience leading Design teams in a software environment The Lead UX Designer will receive benefits such as: Flexible working Private healthcare Pension Training and development 25 days holiday The salary on offer for the Lead UX Designer is £60-£80,000 depending on experience In return you will be offered a position in a great organisation with a people first culture, along with a competitive salary & benefits.
