Our client a growing Technical Healthcare provider is currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team based in Oxford. The IT Support Engineer will be joining a company who are working in the Healthcare industry to improve patient care. The IT Support Engineer will act as the first point of contact offering support to a mix of internal staff and customers . This exciting opportunity will give the successful IT Support Engineer the opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse range of tools and develop your technical skills . You will work with a growing IT Team, working closely with the IT Manger and Systems and Network Engineers on a range of projects giving you the chance to expand on your skills. You will have the chance to work in a varied role covering support for hardware and software, while championing process improvement and the adoption of new tech. Skills & Experience of the 1 st / 2 nd Support Engineer: · Strong support background · Remote support · Linux Administration · Mac and Windows experience · Active Directory · Asset Management · Microsoft Office and Office 365 · Basic Networking · Audio Visual equipment · Scripting knowledge would be a plus (PowerShell, Bash, Apple Script) This role is commutable from: Oxford, Reading, Abingdon, Didcot, Wallingford, Banbury, Wantage, Eynsham, Witney, Aylesbury, Kidlington, Bicester This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89861229
