Cardiff | £38,000-£40,000 Base Bonus Benefits Remote working | 9-Month FTC It's a dull day in Cardiff, there's no loo-roll or hand-sanitizer left in the supermarket and to top it all off, your boss won't give you the training you want to explore new BI tools. They also don't understand the importance of Data and want you to keep churning Excel-based reports. Sound familiar? What's on offer? An opportunity to put your love of data & number-crunching into interpreting & producing brilliant insight with newer, forward-thinking tools, such as PowerBI & Alteryx . You'll have ownership to make this job your own with a focus on improving the delivery of HR/Payroll Systems strategies whilst working closely with key stakeholders to make this vision happen. What you'll do: Run & produce MI, reporting & insight queries using PowerBI Query/interrogate Data with SQL Create new reports in PowerBI across Leavers, New starters, sickness & absence Act as a HR systems expert helping enable decision making by key stakeholders Utilise the internal dashboards by telling your stakeholders stories with their data Your experience: You'll probably be an expert with Excel or other Data Visualisation tools & want to help data grow as the driving factor within the company. You'll also tell exciting stories with data as well as being keen to constantly learn new systems & technologies. What to expect in return?
