Data Analyst Up to £35,000 Benefits Glasgow MBN’s client, an International Law firm is in search of a Data Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support their proven legal technology platform used for legal review. Responsibilities : Applying natural language processing techniques to ingested data sets from legal documents. Managing, organising and on-boarding large volumes of documents on to our legal review technology solutions. Use data analysis and handling techniques to analyse, validate, reconcile and report on legal review data captured by our lawyers. Consult with lawyers and other stakeholders in order to provide technical advice and support, elicit data requirements and create data driven legal review services. Requirements: · Strong Knowledge of Excel · Experience in using a programming language; SQL, R and/or Python. · A foundational understanding of natural language processing techniques and tools (Optical Character Recognition, rules based techniques vs statistical techniques / machine learning).
