About the role Do you have experience in the design of switch-mode power supplies and their associated microcontrollers? I am currently recruiting for a client based near Cambridge who are looking for a Senior Power Supply Design Engineer who can create the next generation of power supply and their controllers creating value for their customers. The main responsibilities of the role include: Develop next-generation solutions based on client requirements. Provide technical support to external design teams Take leadership on new developments. Undertake systems architecture and requirements. The successful applicant will have a degree in electronics or electrical engineering with proven exposure in the following: Common SMPS topologies. Magnetics design. Control loop theory Digital and analogue.
