A leading investment management firm is looking to build out their Global Digital Experience team. This provides ground breaking digital solutions to deliver market leading digital client experiences and creating innovative ideas that bridges mobile, desktop, back office and other digital media. This provides solutions and services that are driven by customer insight and business & local Market demands across PI, Wholesale, Institutional, Advisory and DC/Workplace Investing. Department Description The Digital Business Intelligence team works across multiple business channels to ensure we understand customer behaviour in order to deliver a superb digital customer experience. Purpose of your role Working with colleagues in the digital, product and technology teams, this enablement role provides critical support for the Global Business Intelligence team to deliver robust, tested and optimised implementations of their digital measurement toolset. Specifically, this will include global-scale JavaScript tag implementation, measurement tool administration and configuration, and data validation. A key focus of the role will be to help investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues as we accelerate the deployment of our core toolset worldwide. Key Responsibilities - Support ongoing development of companies’ global customer experience measurement & optimisation strategy - Work closely with multiple project / optimisation teams to ensure correct implementation - Help maintain, update and improve documentation as a critical business resource - Ensure implementation QA testing is completed to support delivery across multiple business channels - Use standards-based approach to support increased pace and scale of tracking deployments - Proactively review existing implementations and processes - User setup / management on Adobe and permissions admin - Work with and support business teams in helping them optimise their use of the Adobe toolset Essential Skills / Experience - 2 - 3 years of industry experience - Strong time management skills to plan and work across global teams - Strong knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools including: - Adobe Analytics experience - Tag Management experience - Ensighten, Launch/DTM, Tealium, or GTM - Good knowledge of client-side JavaScript, with experience of debugging using browser-based developer tools - Good knowledge of HTML and JSON - Exposure to single-page-apps using React, Angular or similar frameworks - A curious analytical/commercial mindset to understand our measurement optimisation strategy and help educate the business - Strong communication skills to work closely with the Global Digital Business Intelligence team and other global stakeholders - Nice to have: - Exposure to Adobe Target and Adobe Marketing Cloud - Customer session tools (Decibel Insight or similar) - API experience (integrating with other tools) - Agile experience and familiarity with JIRA and Confluence This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89950444
