Overview
Ever fancied sculpting the Cyber Culture within a private equity funded start up (but already a comfortable market leader) worth almost £4billion? Reporting directly into the CISO, you'll play a key role in sculpting the security culture (from essentially greenfield state) over the next few years. They company is already a Juggernaut in a MASSIVELY emerging market and still has some highly aggressive growth plans. Role Responsibilities; Work with the CISO to identify and classify primary information assets. Work with IT to ensure security is embedded into all technology. Manage user training schedules (e.g phishing etc) Develop plans to roll out security initiatives and communications. Project management for the CISO. Experience Required: 4 years experience in cyber security specific business engagement. Demonstrable experience of cyber security specific business change. Knowledge of cyber security controls, frameworks and tools. Demonstrable experience in delivering company wide awareness strategy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate complex security terms to a non technical audience. What's in it for you? Generous basic salary. 15% bonus.
