Overview
Assembly Operative £20,000- £23,000 (Dependant on experience) Near Wallingford Due to continuous growth, our client is looking for production operatives to join their team as soon as possible. The Job This role could suit someone who is either coming from a similar production environment or who is looking for a career change and has a can-do attitude to learning. You will need to work efficiently and have good time management skills as the role requires you to be fast and accurate. The work is not physically demanding although you will be on your feet for most of the shift, so a level of fitness is required. We are looking for hard workers who are keen to learn and have great attention to detail. Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is desirable although not essential as full training will be offered. The salary will be reflective of your work experience and the amount of hours worked. The full-time hours are 08:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday or if you would like to work school hours, then they can offer 09:30am - 2:30pm. This is a permanent job and due to location, you will need to drive unless you live locally.
