Office Based - London, West End Based, Knightsbridge, Kensington, Mayfair £35,000pa DoE Excellent Company Benefits This established and dynamic network services provider who are seeking rapid growth and astounding investment, are seeking a motivated and focused IT Systems Administrator who has experience and capability preferably gained in the ISP, Telco or the IT Solutions and Technical Services environment. Engaging this role, initially you will need to use your technical experience to take control of the existing infrastructure systems coexisting with 3 rd party suppliers supporting the delivery of agreed SLA's. With excellent communications skills using the telephone / verbal and written / documentation modes you will also need the skill most in demand - the ability to listen. This role will suit a motivated and career minded IT Support Analyst seeking a springboard into the upper realms of the IT world encompassing the ISP, Telco, Broadband Media and Fibre Optical arena. Your key areas of expertise and responsibilities required: You will have experience working with G-Suite and G-Suite Security You can configure new laptops, purchasing and build kit, resolve user issues etc. You will have experience supporting Android, iPhone and hand-held apps & devices You will have working knowledge of the security of Android, iPhone and hand-held apps & devices Have extensive knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy etc Have extensive knowledge of VMware Hardware and Software management. Solid IT operating systems (Windows), particularly Windows Server Domain controller Responsible for Active Directory, Domain administration, Windows Operation MS Office 365 as well as strong VMware Co-ordination with technical aspects of desk relocations, electrical testing, disaster recovery testing, physical security systems Microsoft qualifications, MTA, MCSA and/or CCNA will be highly desirable Maintain and administer the office IT systems and equipment, printers, scanners etc Knowledge of Network Switches routers etc will be advantageous Maintain the software licence register to ensure compliance between licences owned and used. Manage and control the firm's laptops Manage the internal cabling infrastructure Handle telephone enquiries in a professional and polite manner, taking accurate messages. Prepare correspondence on behalf of the IT Director, including the drafting of general replies. Deal with incoming/outgoing e-mails and post quickly and efficiently. Working as part of a team with other members of the Department. Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
