Overview
The incumbent shall be responsible to Finance Manager and a part of a team, with varied responsibilities, such as: Month-end closing activities (Accruals and GL analysis) To review all financial accounts regularly with HQD. To monitor payables and receivables for smooth fund planning Monthly and annual financial closing and correct timely submission of financial information and management reports; Analysis and Cash Flow to EU Head Office and HQD. To guide and Monitor Shared Service Centre to ensure accurate posting. Statutory compliance in respect of all financial records in line with legislative requirements. To ensure financial policies are being adhered to as set out in the COMPANY financial guidelines. To establish and publish effective internal procedures and policies to improve quality and productivity To liaise with Auditor; HMRC; Company House etc. to comply with the statutory requirements. Responsibility for UK & Ireland VAT returns, also any requests regarding the VAT return. To assist Management to prepare Monthly Forecast and Annual Budget. Any other duties or special projects as may be assigned from time to time as per Co.’s need etc.
