Overview
We are looking for a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis FP&A to join a company based in Woking. This role is to transform the approach to budgeting and forecasting, developing simpler processes and analysis so that they can achieve they strategic objectives. Accountabilities: Implement annual Budgeting process Provide in-depth financial analysis and value-added commentary on consolidated Budgets for key stakeholders including Leadership team Implement a forecasting process across the company working closely with Central Finance, Regional and Country office finance teams Develop and implement a rolling multi-year forecast process. Implement a long-term financial planning model (Income and Expenditure, Balance Sheet, Cashflow) Analyse trends and provide advice to leadership team to enable robust decision making. Develop scenario analysis, providing in depth analysis and advice on various scenarios and options. Ad hoc analysis to support business challenges and opportunities Provide analysis as a key business partner to make robust decisions To be considered: Full professional Accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) Demonstrable excellent Analytical skills and ability to interpret financial information and trends Demonstrable excellent financial modelling skills Experience of leading budgeting and forecasting in large complex international organisations By applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
