Overview

We are a government and privately funded organisation seeking a Customer and Office Support Administrator too join our existing team to provide administration support, product information and updates with guidance to our clients and customers across the UK. Working at our modern offices in Farnborough, this role is to start ASAP working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm so only a 35 hour week, with 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, free paring, pensions and healthcare paying up to £22k. Working as one of our Customer and Office Support Administrator, working alongside a team the main duties are listed below: Implementation of all Customer Service processes from start to finish, taking ownership for and resolving a broad range of queries from a group of customers to ensure provision of excellent customer service. Complete the daily admin activities, processes and procedures for a client group including validating documents, collating documentation and sending out via email and post. Telephone and Inbox first line support to clients and customers for any queries regarding their orders, documents and ongoing courses. Maintaining and updating of databases relating to approved documentation. Maintaining customer records and accurate processing of orders and documents via the database. Vetting and processing of applications for replacement documentations. Uploading of various documentations onto the database. Liaise with Accounts section concerning banking of cheques received, sending out invoices, replacement documents and ordering new stock when required. Filing, archiving and shredding of documents. Monitor and feedback on customer’s performance to the Director. To participate in appropriate staff development activities. To be considered for Customer and Office Support Administrator you will have worked within an administration role processing orders, documents or similar and have good telephone and email customer service skills. You will be able to work under your own initiative, be confident dealing with a variety of people at all levels, have good PC skills including databases, be able to make decisions, have excellent time management skills and excellent organisational skills, with a professional and pro active attitude.
