Overview

Customer Support Executive – Spanish Speaking My client, a leading technology company are looking to grow their customer support team by recruiting a Customer Support Executive. This will require someone who is able to speak Spanish fluently, due to dealing with Spanish clients daily. As the Customer Support Executive, you will be communicating with customers, resolving issues via the telephone, live chat’s, and emails. You will be logging issues including sales enquiries, security questions and bugs, then escalating them to the appropriate team. You will be answering FAQ by customers and collating their feedback to improve the product and sales. The successful Customer Support Executive will have the following skills/abilities: You must be able to fluently speak Spanish, due to dealing with Spanish clients daily You will have experience working in a customer-facing support role You will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills You will have some knowledge of the Technology industry You will be proficient in using MS Office tools Important things you should know about the Customer Support Executive role: Hours of work are 14:00pm until 23:00pm This role is based in Farnborough, Hampshire Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 per annum dependant on skills and experience For more information on this role, or to have a confidential conversation, please contact Joely Leslie at CatchFish Recruitment on
