We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our award winning not for profit team based in Central London.You will be joining the leading firm of auditors to the charity sector committed to delivering a quality service to a high profile portfolio of clients. The role will involve assisting our charities team as they deliver our services to a a variety of charities many of whom are top 100 charities or household names. Responsibilities As an Admin Assistant you will be expected to work across the business and support our managers and partners in our charities team to enable them to deliver a high quality service, to include:. Provide general administrative duties and support to the charities team Provide support to the Executive Assistant to the charities team Proactively manage client correspondence and calls in a timely and professional manner Assist with diary management and room bookings Support managers in editing reports using Powerpoint and Word Support managers by performing certain admin type tasks such as setting up of clients and seeking external confirmations etc. Take the lead role for the team in relation to updates to CRM database Support the team in arranging events Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast moving environment Technical skills, experience & knowledge: Team player Excellent communication skills Maintain strict confidentiality An energetic, ambitious individual who is able to to work on own initiative and solve problems A good working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook Be keen to work in an office environment and be part of a busy team
