Senior Business Process Analyst - Manchester - £65k package Amicus recruitment are proud to be partnering exclusively with a leading global law firm on this assignment. As the firm continues to grow, the need for a solid business change and transformation function becomes paramount. The firm is facing a number of challenging prospects as it continues its growth through multiple mergers and acquisitions. This brand-new Transformation Unit has been put together to drive positive change and bring the firm into the 21st century. You will be responsible for impacting change and transformation across, people, process, operations, technology, systems etc… The team is small but growing, giving people who get in at this early stage the chance to be a part of something special at green-field stage and opportunity to be at the head of things and half way up the ladder as the business grow. You will be involved M&A activity, across a number of portfolios/programmes, driving innovation and delivering best practice. You will be someone who knows "what good looks like" and bring your past experiences to the table to help the business learn and evolve. You will work across multiple projects, programmes at both strategic level and your skills utilised on specific workstreams within programmes. The role will act as a conduit between the business including all shared services.
