As we embark on an exciting period of change throughout our business, we need a Senior Finance Analyst to make a major contribution to our growth plan. Forming close relationships with senior stakeholders, you’ll need to quickly establish yourself as a trusted business partner, bringing fresh ideas and making recommendations based on your financial insight. About you Naturally curious and methodical, you’ll regularly review and report on the metrics for your business areas, making recommendations to Senior Leaders on how best to shape the future of the business. You’ll need to be articulate and communicate well with both finance and non-finance colleagues. You must also be self-sufficient and proactive about getting to know your area of the business. We’re looking for someone who is analytically minded and is curious on understanding ‘why’– identifying patterns, trends and other hidden information – in order to plan, forecast and identify risks and opportunities. We also want someone adaptable, who isn’t phased by a fast paced, dynamic environment. Your qualifications A finance-related degree (or equivalent) is desirable and we’re looking for someone who is ACA / ACCA / CIMA / ICAEW qualified. You’ll have worked in a similar environment, using MS Excel / VBA / SQL and have exceptional financial modelling and data presentation skills. You’ll also need proven stakeholder management experience and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders to new ways of thinking.
