Overview
Working for a global manufacturer of industrial and commercial motion sensors, currently require a Field Sales Engineer to continue to grow active accounts whilst also attracting new business. They will proactively work with clients from multiple industries including FMCG, Automotive & Logistics and Distribution. Commutable from: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Falkirk, Dunfermline Salary: £ 40,000 - £43,000 p.a. Uncapped Commission Company Car Benefits The Role The successful Field Sales Engineer will implement an active strategy to increase the customer base through varied business development techniques. They will look to engage with customers who are interested in Industry 4.0 type manufacturing. They will manage a mix of OEMs and end user clients across Scotland through the entire sales process. The Person The successful Field Sales Engineer will ideally be educated to degree level in electronic engineering or similar. They will be a great communicator and has commercial knowledge and awareness to make sure they are getting the best deal. They will understand automation principles and products including; sensors, condition monitoring, industrial software and vision products.
