This is a great opportunity for a Senior Engineer or Engineering Team Leader to take their next step and work for a very successful FMCG Manufacturer with sites located all over the UK. Job Description: As a Senior Engineer, you will be working closely with the Maintenance Manager to complete weekly Engineering tasks alongside managing a team of Engineering Technicians. You will be required to carry out learning and development reviews, 1-2-1 meetings and input with continuous improvements/projects to ensure tasks are completed to appropriate standards. Roles & Responsibilities: Leadership of Maintenance activities with team of engineers Adhering to best Health & Safety Practices within the site. Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance on production machinery. People performance management of engineers, Performance Reviews, 1-2-1 Meetings, Learning and Development Plans Management of budgets, contractors, risk assessments and compliance related documents. Responsibility for CMMS system making sure the maintenance team is a maximum efficiency.
