Overview

Customer Service Advisor ???????Job Summary To make outbound calls to customers who have been approved for car finance and to provide a high quality of customer service and support by informing and guiding the customer through the process, remaining compliant at all times. To understand the customer’s needs and proactively assist them to find a car and complete the finance deal, whilst promoting the CarFinance 247 brand and services. To achieve individual targets and KPI’s and work as part of the team to ensure that team targets are achieved and best practice is shared. ??????? Mainly handling inbound calls from both new and existing applicants, delivering exceptional customer service. There could be an element of calling customers back via internal requests from other departments as well as call backs. Taking new applications, overcoming customer objections and fielding calls efficiently. Advising on the benefits of CarFinance 247 and gaining customer commitment. Confident telephone manner with strong rapport building skills. Excellent communication and listening skills – precise and clear in written and verbal communication. A flexible approach, positive mental attitude and strong team working skills. IT literate with strong keyboard skills – able to update our CRM system and make comprehensive notes.
