What are they looking for? You might be an experienced deputy wanting to take a step up You might have experience running residential and nursing homes You might be an experienced manager wanting to move to a smaller home You might be currently working as a deputy of a large home wanting to progress to registered manager Ideally you will be a natural leader with compassion and excellent communication skills Adaptable to change and a confident leader Passionate about person centred care The successful applicant will; Have a clean DBS Have nursing home experience at management level, Deputy or Home Manager The role Up to £45K - £50K Good support system and caring environment Progression & Support Good reputation ARE YOU INTERESTED IN THE ABOVE???
