£60,000 per annum (equates to NHS Band 8b) | 40 hours | Days | Great Staff Benefits | An RGN or RMN with experience working as a Nurse Manager in a UK care home setting is required to lead and develop a large care home in Birmingham. The home offers first class nursing care to elderly residents and younger adults, supporting those withy dementia, mental health conditions and physical disabilities. You will deliver effective clinical leadership and line management to the clinical and non-clinical teams in addition to managing budgets and resources. What the home is looking for in a Nursing Home Manager: • NMC Registered Nurse – Adult General/RGN or Mental Health/RMN • Must have Diploma Level 5 • Experienced in managing a UK elderly nursing home • A strong leader and able to motivate, lead and support clinical and non-clinical staff • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of CQC essential standards and all legislation relevant to a UK nursing home • Financially aware and able to manage and adhere to budgets To apply now please follow the link provided.
