Description The successful candidate for the Group HR Advisor position will be responsible for: Assisting in the implementation of the HR strategy and associated projects Providing robust support to the HR team Operating at all times according to company policies and procedure and advising in line with UK employment law Being first point of contact for all enquiries Responsibility for the all HR administration including keeping systems are kept up to date Profile The candidate will need to have the below qualities: Organisational and administrative skills Proven work experience as an HR advisor, HR consultant or similar role (desirable) Ability to advise and work with senior members of staff Hands-on experience with IT programmes and HR systems Knowledge of employment legislation (desirable) Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities Job Offer This insurance company will offer the successful candidate: Competitive salary On-site parking Remote working capabilities and the option to move around their London offices
