Overview
FTC 9 – 12 month contract Full time, but part time applications considered. Errington Legal are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Corporate Senior Associate or Legal Director on a 9 -12-month fixed term contract on behalf of a leading UK law firm. You will be joining an award winning national Corporate team. The busy and highly regarded team in Milton Keynes advises household name clients on the full spectrum of Corporate transactions and has a particular focus on private equity work. The successful candidate will have exceptional experience of managing the full spectrum of corporate transactions, preferably with private equity experience. You should be able to lead and be confident supervising others in the team. You will also have a strong track record of supervising and supporting junior members of the team, as this will form a significant part of this role.
