Overview
A respected specialist Lender is keen to appoint an experienced BDE to join a growing team and help further develop their market share. The ideal candidate will have c 2 - 3 years plus experience in bridging and who is looking to progress. The key duties: Knowledge of bridging industry Liaising with brokers and building relationships with them. Assisting BDM’s with structuring deals for credit submission Checking Land Registry, Companies House and undertaking initial diligence on borrowers. Plenty of scope for progression to BDM for right candidate Must be able to communicate well and use a variety of sources for research Development finance knowledge would be good. Good problem solving skills Salary is flexible depending on experience. The role is available immediately and is fresh to the market Please apply in confidence.
