Overview
Operations and Technology Support Analyst (Audit Management software) Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 p/a Bonus & Benefits Location: London (The City) My client is a global specialty provider of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance. The Internal Audit department is undergoing rapid transformation as individual teams across Asia and South America are being integrated into a single global function. Key to the success of this new global function is the deployment and ongoing maintenance of TeamMate (Audit management software). Audit function is looking for Operation and Technology Support Analyst to assist the VP, Technology and Data Analytics, in the delivery and execution of Internal technology projects. The company is also developing a Data Analytics programme to support the auditors in the execution of operational audits, assist business functions and to support the Internal Controls. Responsibilities include: Contribute to the execution the TeamMate global deployment project. Work with international teams to understand their processes and requirements Configure TeamMate for international deployment Support data migration efforts Support training and maintain training documentation Support the day to day operations of the Internal Audit function. Provide operational reports to auditors and senior managers Implement additional TeamMate functionality as released by the vendor Ensure consistency of approach across geographic locations Product maintenance, configuration and change control Maintain user guides Act as a Help Desk for TeamMate users Maintain TeamMate users and recertifications Contribute to the execution of the data analytics program Support the execution of the audit plan by working collaboratively with auditors to specify, develop and execute analytical projects Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as Statistics, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Maths, Accounting, or Finance. Strong MS Office skills A strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills Effective organization and workload management skills Strong attention to detail and strong analytical skills Highly Desirable: Experience with TeamMate Experience with Power BI Experience with Alteryx or other ETL tools Additional language(s)
