Overview
Key Responsibilities: To underwrite new and renewal FI accounts within a given underwriting authority. Helping to shape underwriting strategy in order to maximise profitability. Build and maintain new and existing broker relationships. Knowledge & Experience: Considerable market experience (4-5 years minimum). Proven knowledge of market conditions and competitors. Experience of leadership and mentoring.
