Credit Manager £40,000 - £45,000 Birmingham Client Details I am working on an exciting new role for a business in Birmingham who are looking for a Credit Manager to lead and develop their Credit Control team. Description Managing a Credit Control function on a day-to-day basis Ensuring focus is maintained in key areas including cash collection and debtor days Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled to any supporting documentary evidence, with any variances investigated and resolved promptly ensuring there is no slippage during a time of significant change Ensure cash received is posted in a timely basis Establish and review credit and collection policies and manage the full cycle of credit including the review of credit applications, credit limits including risk analysis, new account set ups and account closures Input to contract negotiations as appropriate with procurement & suppliers, such as debt collection agencies and credit information providers To keep abreast of the latest changes in the credit management world through contact with external credit managers, credit circles and credit forums Profile Must have Credit Management experience for minimum five tears Proven track record in a Credit Management role Job Offer Credit Manager £40,000 - £45,000 Birmingham
