Overview
Our client, an international investment bank, are looking for a tech-savvy HR Analyst to join their team during a period of transformation. You will be responsible for: Work collaboratively with HR and the wider business to create and present relevant data reports Be the "go-to" person for all things system related Ensuring that the business/HR are utilising the system and all available technical resources to the full capacity You will be the most technical capable person on the team so some ad-hoc duties may be required. We are looking for the following experience: Experienced in analysing and interpreting people data Advanced Excel skills are essential A strong understanding of identifying trends within data sets Experience with implementing systems will be highly regarded What the company can offer: Salary of c.£40k A brand new role within a highly collaborative team You will be part of an exciting transformation within the company that will see processes and procedures become more streamlined and efficient
