Overview

Payments Integration Project Manager is required by specialist payments technology company, based in Central London. You will join a small team responsible for implementing and integrating innovative payment solutions - covering contactless payments, web based customer portals and web & API based products. This is a customer facing position with regular travel. Your role will be to carry out integration work with various partners, including end customers (mass transit providers). You'll need a strong Integration & an Agile Project Management background to complete the following work:- Carry out integrations & deployments with 3rd party software and hardware integrators - deliver key components of implementations, agree test suite accordingly, analysis of API calls/data Work with various payment hardware devices & POS systems Understand business requirements & technical design documentation Provide assistance and suggestions to influence product design Work closely with the QA team to provide testing support, integration advice and technical support. Help them identify gaps, sufficient coverage and testing approach Support pre-sales activities, including active participation in technical workshops to establish appropriate integration project proposals/plans Work with engineers on troubleshooting and root cause analysis of API issues Provide strong customer service communication to integrators, processors & customers On offer is a very competitive package, which includes private medical and genuine opportunities for quick progression.
