Job Details: Reports to National Contracts Manager Hours of work 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday. Your hours will generally be between 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. You will be expected to demonstrate flexibility in your hours of work Department Service and Compliance Department Main Purpose and Scope of the job As a Contract Manager your responsibilities will include; ·Meeting contract revenue and profitability targets - budget responsibility ·To generate new contract opportunities within existing customer base including potential new workstreams ·Effective management of financial work in progress and debt ·Ensuring compliance with technical, contractual, quality, legal and health & safety standards ·Attainment of annual HSEQ targets ·Work within contractual service level agreements ·Achieve contractual key performance indicators ·Work closely with National Operations Team to ensure all works are executed efficiently ·Identify opportunities for efficiencies and improved working practices ·Motivate, encourage and support members of the team - Employee Wellbeing and Engagement ·Support employee relations matters with the advice from the HR function ·Recruitment of team members to deliver the contract ·Ensure that all staff connected to the contract are properly equipped/skilled to work safely and deliver the customer’s expectation ·Ensure customer representative is communicated with appropriately and consistently ·Key point of contact for delivery matters internally and externally ·Coordinate with the Account Manager to make sure the efforts of the team are aligned with the customers’ requirements across our whole business Person Attributes ·Excellent attitude and approach to work. ·Highly self-reliant, motivated and enthusiastic. ·Approachable, open and able to work as part of a team. ·Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills. ·Commitment to quality and attention to detail ·Completer / finisher Skill Set, Qualifications and Experience ·Have a proven track record of Contract Management ·Proven knowledge of the retail refrigeration engineering services sector ·Strong experience in commercial management ·Excellent numeracy and analytical skills ·Great communicator ·Is skilled in setting targets and priorities and objectives to meet the business and client’s needs ·Ability to plan a course of action and adjusts work to meet the changing expectations of our clients / situations ·Making key decisions and time management ·Ability to anticipate & manage issues ·Able to communicate well at all levels, both internally and externally ·Willing to travel to sites across the UK We are always looking for committed, innovative and talented individuals to join our team.
