Overview

My client, a large public sector organisation in South West London are currently seeking a Head of Organisational Development on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity got someone looking to shape and develop a large team (circa 40 people) whilst driving forward the OD agenda. Key responsibilities in this role include direct management for 40 staff members, in the following teams; Resourcing, Talent, Benefit and Reward, Employee Experience and Engagement, Learning Development and Wellbeing, Digital and Data OD Business Partnering. The post holder for this role must have a strong, demonstrable experience in transformative Organisational Development. The ideal candidate must also have experience in leading a true OD business partnering model, large scale team management as well a clear understanding of digitalisation, systems and organisational psychology. In order to be successful in this role, you must have previously delivered OD strategies, including; Workforce planning, Brand, Engagement, D&I, Wellbeing, Talent and Succession, L&D and Change and transformation.
