Overview

Role: Accounts Administrator Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 Maternity Contract (6 to 12 Months) Location: Ickenham We are looking for an experienced administrator who is a motivated, numerate and articulate individual with good computer skills to provide an efficient and effective service in this demanding environment. You will require excellent communication skills. Previous experience of working as an Accounts Administrator would be an advantage, but this is also an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience Checking emails and action them accordingly, answering phone calls, filling necessary documents Dealing with post, sending out parcels, ordering stationery - office supplies and all general admin duties Generating invoices in SAGE 50 and updating them on spreadsheet, sending them to customers and chasing payments when invoices are overdue Taking care of customers order : creating purchase orders in Sage 50, processing orders with suppliers and updating supplier log what has been ordered Making sure all orders arrived in the office and IT technicians are informed to process it Recording any invoices coming in by email or post in Sage and spreadsheet Compiling a payment run of any invoices, HMRC PAYE, VAT Return, Corporation Tax Logging any lateness, sick days and holidays of Virtual Tech staff Preparing payroll, record any staff expenses and overtime Checking bank statement with spreadsheet and Sage 50, posting all transitions to ledger and reconcile bank accounts Carrying VAT Return checks quarterly Calculating margin of customers’ orders and issuing adequate report Handling customers contracts, making sure all information are correct and processing renewals Updating all accountancy reports and send them out If you are interested in this role please apply now We are an independent recruitment agency who are celebrating our 40th year of supporting local candidates find local opportunities.
