Project Managers are accountable for delivering outcomes, this comes with elevated levels of responsibility. Communication skills are essential as you will be the driving force for delivery, requiring excellent planning, organisation and time management skills. No two projects are the same so you could be involved in Regulatory Change, Process Improvement, IT Transformation and Strategy. If you have some project management experience, enjoy working as part of a team, have a natural leadership style and strong planning and organisational skills, then this could be your next step in Project Management.
