HR Advisor | FTC | Manchester| £30,000 Your new company Large, leading and successful utility services organisation are seeking a HR Advisor to join their team on an initial 6 month FTC Your new role In this HR Generalist role you will provide support to 2 northwest depot locations with a focus on Absence Management, specifically understanding and analysing related data, building relationships with managers and supervisors to fully understand the related challenges and current situation and provide coaching and support to the managers to assist them improve absence levels and fully implement correct process.
