P2P Invoice Admin Clerk - FTSE business Employer of Choice - £20,000 - £22,000 Your new company A global FTSE business of choice are recruiting for a Accounts Payable position. You will join a friendly team, with the opportunity to grow and develop, plus a culture of staff development and internal promotion. External recruitment is rare, so this is a unique opportunity. Excellent onsite facilities. There is parking onsite and excellent transport links to road and rail. Your new role You'll be responsible for invoices processed through the Basware Purchase to Pay system flow through to CODA for payment. Your role will involve identifying, correcting and reporting matching errors which occur when invoices fail to be matched automatically against purchase order by Basware. This will involve calculating and correcting supplier's line level discounts and amending all pack size issues, cross checking. What you'll need to succeed Candidates will be confident working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong track record. It is essential that you have excellent processing skills and attention to detail with the initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work methodically under pressure to prioritise and manage your time to meet deadlines What you'll get in return In return you will receive a competitive salary £20,000- £22,000 (depending on experience) and the opportunity to play a key role in finance providing key support and contribute to their culture to continuously improve performance and drive for excellence.
