The Functional roles, in general, will require experience and capability of requirement mapping, gap analysis and functional prototyping combined with all the other disciplines required for successful implementations. Furthermore, the roles will include all aspects of functional consulting, including but not limited to bespoke projects, upgrades and providing best practice system and business process advice. Most roles will involve travelling predominantly to the client site or other nominated sites. Job Description You will ideally have prior experience with one of the following Oracle eBusiness Suite and have recent proven experience of implementing an Oracle Cloud ERP. Strong Implementation experience in core Finance modules is a must, with a minimum of 5 years P2P Functional experience on Oracle Cloud or eBusiness Suite R12. Accounting qualification or equivalent is advantageous. Qualifications You will have proven experience of implementing or supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite with a minimum of 5 years P2P Functional experience on Oracle Cloud or eBusiness Suite R12 with full lifecycle experience of ERP Financials implementation (either on Oracle Cloud or eBusiness Suite R12). Ideally you will have operated in a lead position Your experience in ERP Cloud should cover: * General Ledger (a must) and experience with other modules areas such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable Project Accounting, Fixed Assets or Procurement is highly desirable. * Capturing of Reporting Requirements Strategic and Transactional * Use of Reporting Solutions - OTBI, FRS to meet GAAP and Statutory reporting requirements * Reconciliation of Oracle Subledgers * Ledger, Sub-Ledger and Organisation Hierarchies (including Secondary Ledgers) Verifiable P2P experience in several of the following is desirable; * Requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis * Business analysis and functional specification development skills * Solution design * Functional prototyping or conference room pilots * Data Migration experience, reconciliation and integration * Testing, all relevant phases * Key user training / Knowledge transfer * Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication with a strong eye for detail * Excellent mentoring and skills transfer capabilities * Highly Organised and self-motivated Additional Information This is an opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing ERP Consultancies in the UK.
