Overview

A leading financial company based in Victoria, Central London are looking to recruit a 'Client Services Administrator'. You MUST have experience working as an 'Administrator'. The role is paying up to £28K. The working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday with fantastic benefits. The role incorporates the following - Support the sales process in all aspects of client engagement Act as the focal point for BD Managers and Introducers Ensure all cases are dealt with in a timely manner Provide correct and relevant information Process due diligence requirements Contribute positively to the client services team Share knowledge with all team members and participate actively in internal training events Ensure all client requests are dealt with promptly and professionally Maintain a positive and friendly relationship with all clients Maintain and grow trusted relationships Ensure all paperwork is legally compliant Ensure adherence to relevant processes Reconciliation of client transaction records with respective bank statements. Input outstanding transactions into company’s spreadsheet You MUST have the following skills / experience - Ability to work collaboratively in a solutions focused manner Good judgement when under pressure Committed to upholding professional standards.
