Overview
Credit Hire Fee Earner - Birmingham Due to recent successes, a dynamic and growing international legal practice are currently seeking a Credit Hire Fee Earner to join their new team in Birmingham. As a Fee Earner you will be responsible for your own caseload of small to multi track fraudulent claims as well as liability, associated losses including personal injury, credit hire and diminution. You will work closely with the Associate and be part of a close knit team. Ideally the role is a full time position however part time applicants will be considered and flexible/agile working is available following successful completion of probationary period. The client base is broad and will see you work for a number of household name insurer clients and their Insureds. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one years’ experience working as a Litigator in Credit Hire, continued focus on their own professional development and will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of negotiating positive outcomes and detailed technical knowledge of Credit Hire and Motor Claims Litigation.
