Our brand Woven was founded around 12 months ago and through the acquisitions of the first 5 businesses with many more over the next few years, all being bought together under one brand. About You You’ll relish in a constant changing environment, operating flexibly with minimal support at a fast pace. You’ll be able to hit the ground running with the natural reaction to resolve a problem, rather than escalate it. You will be an excellent communicator and influencer with the ability to build the right narrative for the audience to ensure they are fully engaged and responsive. Your Previous Experience You will come from a fast-paced environment, where new processes are constantly being created, rolled out and changing within a fast-expanding business. You will have run a wide variety of complex projects concurrently, covering a mixture of projects that are either process & policy led, people led, client led and/or systems led, with always a key focus on the customer experience, colleague experience and business outcomes. Required Skills & Experience Experience delivering a variety of projects, including customer experience led projects and technical (such as data migration or new product / application launch) projects. Excellent Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to overcome and conflicting objectives, and to ensure that key subject matter experts are engaged, and involved in user stories and designs and clear acceptance criteria - ensuring successful adoption. Previous project management and business analysis experience in busy, fast paced business Ability to run a number of concurrent workstreams within a Project or program with stakeholders covering multi site, along with suppliers, partners involved Great planning, discovery, diagnostic, design, delivery - influencing, nurturing & rolling sleeves up to get the job done. Desirable Skills & Experience In leading large-scale Change/Transformation within the BPO Services or similar services. Come from a Contact Centre, call center, BPO or Business Services environment. Prince 2 project management using Agile (Scrum) & Waterfall or significant project management experience, ideally with Black Belt Six Sigma accreditation.
