HOME MANAGER Salary £43,000 - £55,000 PA / Southport / 28 Day Holiday Pension Time Recruitment are proud to be supporting a well-established, family run care provider in their search for a Home Manager. For 30 years this company have been providing quality residential and nursing care for all residents. Home Manager responsibilities: The promotion of high standards of nursing care, following CQC and NMC guidelines, by ensuring all staff are managed appropriately and the Home runs in a smooth and efficient manner. Managing and developing high quality services for all our residents Encourage and instil a culture of care and continuous improvement across the service Developing and guiding the team of staff. Actively working with staff, residents and their families, to help shape and develop a centre of excellence for person-centred care. Home Manager Requirements: Proven management experience within the sector RGN/RMN qualified with active NMC Pin Experience of leadership and mentoring staff An enhanced DBS certificate is required for this role Home Manager Remuneration: £43,000 - £55,000 per annum 28 Days Holiday pension Ongoing support from a dedicated head office team For further information or to apply please contact Amanda at Time Recruitment or apply below.
